I enjoyed speaking at AAPI today about "Technology and Medicine"
Today, I had the opportunity to speak on the "Technology and Medicine" panel at the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI) 2011 convention in New York City. The session was for the Young Physician Section (YPS) and I enjoyed the interaction during the presentation. Dr. Ashutosh Tewari also gave a terrific presentation about robotics in surgery. I spoke about mobile health, mobile apps, and social media. There is a growing interest in the evolving world of medical technology and I would like to thank the AAPI and the Young Physician Section for having me as a speaker today.
