Can Congress Make You Buy Broccoli?

There's a fascinating editorial in the New England Journal of Medicine titled, "Can Congress Make You Buy Broccoli? And Why That’s a Hard Question." The authors are from the Department of Health Law, Bioethics, and Human Rights, Boston University School of Public Health, Boston. It was an interesting article, given that people are now debating the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
