Iron Man 2, medicine, and technology (and MIT)

What do Iron Man 2, medicine, and technology have in common? You'll have to watch the movie. What do you get when you throw in an MIT engineer building robots and saving the world? I don't want to give anything away, but I'm sure you'll be entertained.
