Yale doctor (Vajinder Toor) fatally shot by another doctor (Lishan Wang)

This is truly a tragic story.

Dr. Lishan Wang, 44, was charged in the killing of his former colleague, Dr. Vajinder Toor. Apparently, Dr. Wang and Dr. Toor worked together at the Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn. This really is a sad story and my heart goes out to all those affected by this tragic loss.

You can read the full story here on

  1. How did this nutcase Wang get a gun to begin with. Charge the person who sold him the gun also!!

  2. That is horrible! My prayers go out to the family and friends involved in this tragedy!

  3. In this world many conflicts would never have started if one show respect for others. unfortunately people have tendency to go on ego trips, exert one power, using one position to bully others. killing do not solve problems.
The conflicts between Toor & Wang if it had been properly delt with fairly, impartiality, objectively, without prejudice, with honesty,no favoritism by the KBJMC(kingsbrook Jewish Med Ctr)chief resident Toor, ICU attending, & hosp. administration then probably Toor still alive today. From the Wang Law suits against the KBJMC he was embittered by how he was badly treated, bullied & fired (for only 6 more months to do of his 3 yrs residencywhich he spent his whole life study medicine ) by the above people.

  4. By the way, CBS really makes me sick!!!!! How can they went to Dr.Wang’s home and video taped her collapse on her husband’s news with young children by her side ??? That’s too cruel to watch! She is a terminal cancer patient. cruel & inhuman CBS.

  5. I'm not saying the "yale" doctor should have been murdered, but his actions toward the chinese doctor were clearly inappropriate. He repeatedly singled him out on numerous occasions and basically made his life miserable. Lishan wang, from reading his background, went to medical school in China and managed to get a residency in the US, which is pretty difficult in and of itself. Aside from language barriers, it's not easy just to get another residency program just like that. It's hard to express yourself when you cannot speak the language of everybody else. Therefore, you continuously get bullied. I have seen this many times where people who cannot fully express themselves get treated like ****. It's sad, but when Toor pushed Wang to the edge by taking away his dream and leaving him with no income with three children, a wife with breast cancer, and a father with lung cancer, wouldn't you wonder what a human can do under those situations? Clearly, there needs to be some kind of control a
