We've heard of "fattest city" and even "healthiest city." What about "smartest city?" I wonder if they differentiated Cambridge (where you'll find Harvard and MIT) from Boston. Probably not since they're really speaking about metropolitan areas and not specific cities or towns. Take a look at this CNN video:
