If you're a Practice Fusion user, you can attend Practice Fusion Connect 2010 on Friday, November 5 in San Francisco, CA. Click here to learn more about this first-ever Practice Fusion user conference.
Users from around the world will gather at Fort Mason Center in the heart of San Francisco, for a day filled with previews of EHR feature launches, educational breakout session, training and feedback opportunity. You'll have the opportunity to get answers to all your EHR-related questions, follow a user case study and brainstorm with product directors on upcoming releases!
Isn't Practice Fusion the EHR that delivers ads (usually pharma) right on the screen with the medical records? Can you image that in a paper chart? In order to view your patients records you have to see an AD? I doubt any of my patients would put up with that and in at least some states it would be considered a gift (the free EHR) and illegal to accept.
ReplyDeleteNow that Surescripts is entering the HIE landscape and they have a policy of not connecting to EHR's that sell patient data (another revenue model some free EHR vendors use) I imagine that will change the market as well
Hi Dr. Kim,
ReplyDeleteWill we see you at Connect 2010 next week? I hope you can join us in San Francisco! We have about 250 RSVPs for the user conference already.
