Consumer Consortium on eHealth Engagement Summit

On Monday, July 16, 2012 National eHealth Collaborative (NeHC) will host its first ever Consumer Consortium on eHealth Engagement Summit to explore the diverse and growing landscape of consumer engagement with health information technology (IT). The Summit will bring together stakeholders with a common interest in engaging consumers and patients and will provide a valuable forum for highlighting health IT industry activities that are advancing the consumer engagement movement.

During this event, attendees will hear from industry leaders about exciting developments in consumer engagement. They will also participate in an interactive panel discussion featuring some of the leaders in grassroots consumer engagement to learn how efforts at the community level are having a big impact. The Summit will also feature demonstrations of eHealth tools and solutions aimed at encouraging patients and consumers to take control of their health and wellness.
