My kids love Cheerios. I also love Cheerios. I have no stocks or ownership in General Mills. Now, the FDA is giving General Mills a hard time because its claim that Cheerios is "clinically proven to help lower cholesterol" makes the cereal a drug under federal law. So what do you think will happen? Will we see Cheerios turn into an over-the-counter drug? Or, will we see changes in the box, label, and television commercials?
